[ros-users] TrajectoryPlannerROS does not take parameter

move_base is the only publisher to cmd_vel
the acceleration is pretty low and the velocity is to high all the way

I will post all my config files as suggested by Eitan. Now it's soccer
time in Germany. I will reply tomorrow.
