[ros-users] rosmake Always show compile warnings

Hi Robbie,
rosmake has options "-v" to show failed builds, and "-V" to show all build
outputs.

It does not currently have semantic parsing but that is ticketed at
https://code.ros.org/trac/ros/ticket/1903
