[ros-users] experimental camera packages moved to camera_drivers/trunk

These three packages just moved from camera_drivers_experimental to
camera_drivers/trunk:

 camera1394
 camera_info_manager
 swissranger_camera

Soon, they will begin the API and doc review processes as candidates
for the next ROS release. I will announce the reviews here, and invite
everyone interested in 1394 cameras with ROS to participate.

To avoid name conflicts in ros.org/wiki, these packages are no longer
considered part of camera_drivers_experimental. (The wiki should
update soon to reflect this.)

But, the camera_drivers_experimental stack will continue to be
supported for box turtle users in the trunk_boxturtle branch. Please
continue testing and report successes and failures with it. The URL
for checking out that stack for box turtle is:

  https://code.ros.org/svn/ros-pkg/branches/trunk_boxturtle/stacks/camera_drivers_experimental

Please check out the entire stack if you are using any of these
packages. There are mutual dependencies.
