[ros-users] how to read debbuild status?

Hi Stéphane,

We regularly keep all the builds running -- there is no need to do
anything manual (in fact, you need a password to do so).  In general,
you can assume that your stack is fine if:

 1) Your stack passes pre-release
 2) We haven't sent you an e-mail that there is a problem
