[ros-users] Can't run 'ant dist' anymore, missing dependencies.xml

It looks like the jar is being compiled then:

jar:
     [bnd] # org.ros.rosjava (org.ros.rosjava-0.0.0.jar) 217 (not modified)

The tutorials are (currently) in that jar.
