Just managed to succesfully install it on a Fedora system. A couple of
tweaks are required in the cmake logic (I updated
http://ros.org/wiki/fuerte/Installation/Fedora) and the rosdep tool
needs some patches (https://code.ros.org/trac/ros/ticket/3915), but
the rosmake tool is happily building everything now.
