[ros-users] Are there any off-line install ways to setup ROS?

If you are deploying ROS on a set of Debian-based systems, a good
solution would be to set up a mirror for internal use.
You can use apt-mirror to do this and sync up with the upstream repos
every night.
I have already been doing that for a place where we had to download
ROS regularly over an ADSL line: a huge speed up !
