[ros-users] broken "www" links to the ROS wiki

Hi Shaun,

We've just finished redeploying the wiki onto new hosts and it appears that
the DNS updates have not all propagated at the same rate.  Over the course
of tonight they should be fixed.

It also looks like an apache rewrite rule is going to the testing site
which we'll fix shortly.
