[ros-users] Recent ROS Tutorials

Hi there,
has anybody given a one day beginner level ROS tutorial lately that
would work in Groovy or Hydro?
I have not been teaching using ROS since 1.5 years and I am a bit
rusty with my material. Any other related pointers would be greatly
appreciated.
