[ros-users] questions.ros.org: 403 CSRF verification failed

When I tried to create an account on questions.ros.org, I received the
following error page:

Forbidden (403)
CSRF verification failed. Request aborted.
More information is available with DEBUG=True.

The result is the same with Firefox and Chromium.
