[ros-users] Announcing new repository: tug-ist-ros-pkg

Hello ROS community,

we are happy to announce our repository: tug-ist-ros-pkg.
It contains the first version of our model based diagnosis system for
ROS. It can be used for fault detection and repair for both software and
hardware. An example of usage is in the README file.
