Will code.ros.org remain active long enough to continue providing
maintenance updates for previous releases (Electric, Fuerte, Groovy)?

The migration instructions were very helpful for camera1394, which I just
moved.

Where are all the places I need to update so the wiki, roslocate, rosdoc,
bloom, rosrelease, pre-release tests and other tools can find the new
repository correctly?

I have seen out-of-date links in many packages that have already been moved.
