Thank you William.
I had gotten there but didn’t look close enough to realize the full detail was actually there. The name was a bit cryptic and the “contents” were not not visible past the end of the “Rationale” section so I missed the fact that the full “Data Representation” existed within that document.
This makes a lot of sense as a great explanation. It looks complete and fully detailed. However, I would still want to use the schema as more a compact statement of "what’s allowed where” even though this page says it all along with the why’s and wherefores.
