Mike, thanks for the PPA.

After trying it I found that it is still missing /usr/include/ceres/internal/config.h, as described here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ceres-solver/+bug/1595692

Seeing as how you are already patching the cmake problem in your PPA, maybe add config.h as well?  Or comment on another way to make it work?
