Kinetic Maintainers,

We're looking pretty good for a sync shortly. 

@mikeferguson it's not a regression since it's a [newly released package](https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/15284) but I see that [arbotix_msgs](http://build.ros.org/view/Kbin_uX64/job/Kbin_uX64__arbotix_msgs__ubuntu_xenial_amd64__binary/1/console) is failing to build. 

If there are any other issues please reply here. Otherwise we will sync soon.
