So, after some research I came across these guys: Dimona https://goo.gl/EpHVn9
They have been making shirts for more than 50 years and seems to have good material (30.1 thread 100% cotton shirts) with digital silk screen. 
Bellow you can see their complaining score on 'Reclame Aqui':

They also offer space to setup a virtual store for free.

Well, I do not have personal experiences with them but sounds promising. We could call to get some more details. What do you think guys?
