[ros-users] compressed_image_transport

How can I get the stack image_transport_plugins? I am trying to get
the compressed image transport package, and I found it here:

svn co https://code.ros.org/svn/stacks/image_transport_plugins/tags/boxturtle
stacks/image_transport_plugins

however, it is password protected. Could this be moved to be part of
boxturtle_base stacks list?
