Just because I'm installing it in /opt, which isn't world-writeable,
rather than ~, because my /home partition is kind of full. Of course
there are all kinds of ways around that, and 'sudo rosinstall' is only
one of them, I just happened to do it that way and couldn't figure out
for a bit why it didn't work.
