Re: [ros-users] ROS & non-ROS installations of OGRE

This was an attempt at lowering compile times if possible that used to work
but now apparently doesn't. ogre boxturtle is 1.6.3, C-turtle is likely
going to be 1.7.x. I'll remove this check/link in both. For now the
easiest way is probably to patch the ogre Makefile to not make the link.
