Hi Santhosh,

Have you corrected the paths in setup.sh before running it?

Note that, as Tully said, if your username is different in the machine you ran rosinstall the first time and on the machine you're actually trying to install ROS, then the paths contained in setup.sh won't be correct.

Regarding the installation of additional ROS packages, you can find the repository each package is stored in in each package's wiki page. You can download the source code of the package you want to install, put it anywhere you want on your machine and then add it's path to ROS_PACKAGE_PATH environment variable.
