No, I did not! I was not aware about this :(

But still some problems persists::

nitin@debian:~/robotics/ros/ros/cturtle$ make
rosmake --rosdep-install --bootstrap --status-rate=0
[ rosmake ] No package or stack specified.  And current directory 'cturtle'
is not a package name or stack name.                                             
[ rosmake ] Detected rosout not built, adding it to the build
