[ros-users] mirroring code.ros.org pre-built packages?

Hi,

We have a number of developers here who are working on ROS and would
like to mirror the ROS apt repo internally to minimize the amount of
individual downloading. Is there some public rsync daemon or other
recommended or supported means?
