Running the above rosdep commands on a Ubuntu system with only
ros-cturtle-ros and ros-cturtle-tutorials installed gives empty output,
except for the bogus automake dependency for wxswig. So it looks like
the autoconf and automake dependencies can be removed from the
ros-cturtle-ros package (not necessarily from rosdep.yaml).
