turtle_teleop_key works well on osx.

Try
>> rosed turtle_teleop CMakeLists.txt


and then comment out the line
#rosbuild_add_executable(turtle_teleop_joy src/teleop_turtle_joy.cpp)

This will refrain from compiling the teleop version that requires linux bluetooth libraries.
