[ros-users] How to use SIMD in my ROS code?

I have steal the macro about SIMD from
https://code.ros.org/svn/ros/stacks/ros/tags/cturtle/core/rosbuild/public.cmake
and paste it in CMakeLists.txt.
But I get many errors like this:
/home/tangm/ros_sandbox/versioned_latest/stacks/collision_environment/collision_space/include/kDOP16-sse.h:126:
error: ‘__declspec’ was not declared in this scope
Many variables haven't been defined.
I need your help. Thanks.
