Hi all,

I'm going through the Eigen Cartesian controller tutorial
http://www.ros.org/wiki/pr2_mechanism/Tutorials/Coding%20a%20realtime%20Cartesian%20controller%20with%20Eigen
and have found that pr2_mechanism_model/kinematichelpers.h does not
appear to exist. I'm using ROS cturtle and update every night.
