You can connect over bluetooth but unfortunately NXT bluetooth has extremely
high latency specific to the NXT communications protocol. To communicate
over bluetooth pair the device with your computer and add the mac address of
your NXT brick to your launch file. Your computer should auto detect and
connect when you roslaunch your NXT launch file.
