Perhaps.

There are only three source files left with GPL licenses. One is easy
to replace. Unfortunately, the other two have many authors.

I'll see if I can contact them all.

PS. I am unclear about the exact legal status of a dynamically loaded
plugin. Can someone please explain the details?
