I am trying to install ros turtle on a AMD64 based version of ubuntu 10.04. Following the wiki instructions.

I get ros-cturtle-ros: Depends: libboost1.42-all-dev but is not installable E: broken packages

sudo apt-get install libboost-dev reports latest version already installed.
