[ros-users] Tortoise reference in ROS

Hi everyone

I am not sure if it an appropriate question, may be on the lighter side.

Why is there a tortoise reference in ROS (Box Turtle, C Turtle and Diamond
Back) ? Is there a tale to it ? :-)
