[ros-users] Eros tagging

Just a quick note for eros users,

If you're currently using eros trunk, you may want to switch to the
recently made diamondback tag for development. Trunk will shortly be
pushing ahead with changes for rosbuild2 and so won't be compatible
with the diamondback release. See
