[ros-users] new repository

Hello all,

we have added a new stack with the code we are developing on the PR2 (but
you can expect general packages as well). You can find it at git://
github.com/uu-isrc-robotics/uu-isrc-robotics-pr2-pkgs.git

Feel free to download the packages (so far there are only two, but more will
come soon) and to report any bug-issue-feature request to
uu.isrc.robotics@gmail.com
