[ros-users] isr-uc-ros-pkg repository maintenance

Hi everyone,

I've been doing some cleaning up on the isr-uc-ros-pkg repository so all the stacks have new links now. The ROS wiki should update soon. I hope this is not an inconvenient to anyone!
