[Ros-release] build pipeline replica

Hello,

I'm working at IPA Fraunhofer in Stuttgart, Germany. We are using our own
Jenkins CI server to build and test our code. Now we would like to
replicate your structure/pipeline to be able to build Debian packages as
well.

It would be great if you could tell me where to find your source code.
Maybe there is even a documentation or a short instruction how to set it
up!?
