No, we are still building dry packages for Hydro on the buildfarm.
The reason why you only see one dry package on the status page is simply because no other dry package has been released into Hydro by the maintainers.

For the next release (i-turtle) it is planned to not provide a buildfarm for dry packages anymore.
Anyway the "release team" (the people running the buildfarm - namely us) will not release any existing packages nor will it convert dry packages to wet.
This is up to the maintainer of each package.
