[ros-users] ROS Release Cycle Survey

Hi Everyone,

As we're working hard to close out Hydro we are starting to look forward to
planning the next release. We have been following a 6 month release cycle
as originally envisioned over 3 years ago. For the upcoming release we
would like to review the timeline of the ROS release cycle to make sure
that we are meeting the communities requirements.
