HI Jack,

The build finally passed. You didn't get an email as I disabled
notifications while I was debugging. But I've added you and @piyush back to
the notificaitions.

Afer looking into it there was some old versions of the tarball lying
around in the upload directory. I've filed a ticket here:
https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/buildfarm/issues/119
