Onderwerp: [Ros-release] Hydro build breakage: velodyne_pointcloud
After a recent breakage in Groovy, fixed by adding a roslib dependency, now
the Hydro version is broken in the build.

This looks different, however:

Were there unannounced PCL API changes released recently?
