[ros-users] Add Ångström as a Platform

I'd like to add Ångström as one of the
Platforms<http://wiki.ros.osuosl.org/hydro/Installation>where ROS can
be used. I tried editting
/Platforms <http://wiki.ros.osuosl.org/Platforms> but it seems it's not
created.

Could anybody point out how to add it?
