[ros-release] Missing imu_compass

Hey folks,

Last night's sync seems to have left the Husky packages in an unfortunate
state—husky_bringup is not installable because imu_compass is missing. But
imu_compass is in shadow, so I'm confused why it didn't get synced as well.

Is it possible to have imu_compass synced over to public, which I believe
will un-break husky_bringup?
