[ros-release] Upcoming sync for Indigo and Hydro

Hi Everyone,

We're looking for an upcoming sync of Indigo. We've just done a large
rebuild and there's 394 packages staged to be pushed to the main
repositories from shadow-fixed.

I know of one issue at the moment.
https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/6677 Is there anything else we should
be tracking before syncing?

We're in the middle of a Hydro rebuild. When that finishes I'll audit the
status as well. If anyone has feedback on that as well please reply here
too.
