The strength of the per-distro pages *should* be that it's a clean start,
but in practice (at least for OS X), the same hacks and workarounds get
copied from distro to distro, resulting in a page that's completely
overwhelmed with information that mostly originated with Groovy and Hydro:

Since there's little gained from the current approach, I'd be fine to move
to OS-oriented seesaw install pages. The $ROS_DISTRO JS replacement I added
some time ago may help in facilitating genericized instructions in some
cases.
