Jon: I believe the "blocking repos" column lists only the direct
dependencies of the repo in the first column. Otherwise the page would be
very crowded.

If you query laser_pipeline or laser_assembler you should see it
(laser_pipeline works because laser_assembler is a direct dependency). It
looks like laser_assembler is ready to be released.
