There was a [regression flagged](https://discourse.ros.org/t/need-to-sync-new-release-of-rqt-topic-indigo-jade-kinetic/1410?u=tfoote) in the last sync. So we have a small quick update for both Indigo and Jade. A Kinetic update is in progress too.

Thank you to the maintainers who have helped us quickly respond to this regression!
