I needed this file:
https://launchpad.net/~thopiekar/+archive/ubuntu/pyside-git/+files/pyside2_2.0.0+dev-0~201703271517~rev1770~pkg28~ubuntu16.04.1.tar.xz . It's used by e.g. 'apt-src' to build .deb package locally.
For some reason, shiboken2 source package has source package imported, but pyside2 not.
