The rollback [didn't work](
https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/16558#issuecomment-350396035) and needed more coordinated rollback. There's now a [new release](
https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/16561) on it's way with the nodelet fix instead of trying to roll back more of the coordinated releases already in the sync.
