If the project is a really complex 6-months won't be enough. It would be nice if you add more specifics to your request. There're tons of options you've got here. You may find some Indian app clone with the same functions you want for about 5k etc.... And it's better to know few things about programming and market, in general, to get a clear picture of value to function to time relationships.
