We have about 169 packages updated and no detected regressions on the buildfarm.
One change of note is that this has the resolved issues for OpenCV 3.1.1 linking issues. If this affected you please take a moment to test using the version in shadow fixed.
Please reply here if there are any issues that you're aware of that might affect the sync. Otherwise we will plan to sync early Tuesday.
rosdistro maintainers please hold Kinetic releases until we sync.
