Hello Sinai,
Can you please try three things:

1. Make sure there is only one instance of MotoROS installed on your controller. Boot into Maintenance mode. Touch [MotoPlus Apl] > [File List]. Make sure there is only one .out file loaded.

1. Please take a picture of the VGA monitor connected to the robot. I would like to see the startup initialization messages.

1. Please run a wireshark capture on the ROS PC. This will record the network communication between the robot and PC. https://jlospinoso.github.io/software/wireshark/networks/ubuntu/2015/02/11/configuring-wireshark-on-ubuntu-14.html
