diagnostics 1.0.3 is released. This fixes a bug in the robot monitor that
caused memory leaks.
Also released is diagnostics 1.1.0. This is an ''unstable'' release of
diagnostics for development. The only new feature we're testing now is a
basic diagnostics plugin for rxbag.
